The app does not require an online account.

Profile information, cleaning preferences, favorites, request history, locally generated request IDs, and request-status information are designed to remain on your device unless you deliberately share information through an external communication method.

Local request information should not be interpreted as live company-server tracking or confirmation.

4. Cleaning Estimates

The app can generate planning estimates using information such as selected cleaning service, property type, rooms or work areas, frequency, and optional extras.

These estimates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed or binding quotations.

The app does not collect credit-card details, banking credentials, wallet information, or cryptocurrency information.

5. Contact and Support

When you choose to contact JGP KLEEN LTD, the app may open your preferred email application.

You decide whether to send the message and what information to include.

Messages sent to UKdev@jgpkleen.site may be retained as necessary to respond to inquiries, provide support, maintain appropriate business records, or resolve issues.

6. Internet and Remote Content

The app may use internet access to load legitimate remote content such as cleaning-service images.

Remote servers may receive normal network information required to deliver content, such as an IP address and connection information.

Your locally stored profile, address, favorites, request notes, and cleaning preferences are not intentionally included in image-loading requests.

7. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

The current version of JGP KLEEN LTD does not require or intentionally collect:

8. Permissions

The app uses internet access where necessary for remote content.

It is designed without unnecessary sensitive runtime permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or storage access.

9. Advertising and Analytics

The current version of JGP KLEEN LTD does not include third-party advertising functionality.

Local information is stored using Android application-storage mechanisms.

However, no electronic storage system, device, or network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are encouraged to protect their devices with appropriate security measures.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Local app information may remain on your device until you delete or reset it, clear the application's storage, or uninstall the app.

Because the current version does not create online user accounts, there is no remote user account that needs separate deletion.

Information voluntarily sent by email may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, business records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
